I believe Albert's logic is spot on in that the solution is always much more apparent when we first understand the problem. This same wisdom applies to the process of filling needs with technology.

Our process intentionally spends a disproportionate amount of time up front, first fully understanding the current environment and what its scope of needs are. During these first, yet crucial, steps our objective is to understand you and your team, what you are supporting - the full IT picture big and small.

If we understand your goals, priorities, upcoming projects, what is/isn't working, etc., it helps us position the best possible choices from industry leaders that can be counted on for growing with and sustaining business operations.
Ordering It Correctly

Are you prepared for the jump? Equally as important to discovery is making sure the opportunity is ordered correctly. What this means is taking the extra time and effort to review the quote's design specifics (not pricing), that contain the details for the items being requested.
Once an order is launched there typically comes a point for it of no return. If something was omitted, mistakenly ordered, etc., delay and confusion, or even up to order cancellation can occur.

This is specifically where SEN steps up for our customers. We work hard on the upfront, as quote to solution quality control experts so larger order issues don't happen. Knowing no system or person is perfect we know the 'art' of delivery is not only identifying issues but responding correctly and expediently as they present themselves along the path. This is the critical ingredient to success that many times gets overlooked in the process shuffle.

We appoint a technical project manager to take lead on each project, to be the 'ever watchful eye' with it, managing it to completion so that when something arises it gets addressed right away and the project continues without delay.
Managing the Minutiae

Regardless of size or complexity the 'secret sauce' for seamless project delivery is someone with the experience to understand the technical specifics being delivered, who can simultaneously identify and align them with the right team members to deliver on their roles at the right times during the project.

Understanding, anticipating and facilitating clarity and setting cadence for the assigned order delivery team(s), recognizing and speaking their nomenclature, many times with language barriers, yet working with the 'no task too big or too small' mentality is what it takes to see a project fully through to success.

One, if not multiple members of Seamless Edge Networks will be in attendance for each project to ensure each milestone is met.
Project Wrap Up and Punchlist

Order closure is typically a straightforward process once the objective(s) of the project have been all been met.

Sometimes, if changes are made mid-flight, or new information emerges during implementation that triggers a change order, etc. SEN is there to help with that effort as well.
Billing questions may arise that need attention. SEN will work with you and the project team post-implementation through any billing questions that need addressed.
